Returns & Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love your Kalikho piece. But if it’s not quite right, you’ve got 14 days from the date your order is delivered to email us and request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Custom and made-to-order items can be returned too, as long as they meet the above conditions.
Exchanges
Need a different size or print? No problem—just email us and we’ll sort it. You’ll just need to place a new order, and we’ll refund the original once the return is received and inspected.
Refunds
We’ll refund your original payment method once the item arrives safely back with us and passes inspection. We don’t refund shipping costs, and return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll either replace it or refund you in full—including any shipping costs.
